The principals of HEAT INC., Christopher Clesse & Lawrence Hirsch have worked in the industry since the late 1980's. In 2004 the decision was made to start HEAT INC. With their experience they applied a simple concept to provide reliable service at fair pricing. With the help of old friends in property management, supply houses and engineering services HEAT INC. gained immediate traction. Over the years the company grew and expanded in all facets. HEAT INC. is fortunate to have many properties from the early days. Our customer base includes some of the well known management companies, entertainment complexes and medical facilities.  In 2017 HEAT INC. introduced LCS Plumbing & Consultation Inc. to the market. With a NYC Master Plumbing License the company opened access to additional service, maintenance, renovation or convert to natural gas any commercial or industrial application. With energy demands constantly changing we can offer state of the art equipment and a full compliment of internet monitoring of unit temperatures and critical key points in a heating plant. Feel free to contact us for further information.

There is a fine line in maintaining tenants comfort while keeping energy costs as manageable as possible.
